We can ship our products anywhere in the world, as long as there is postal service.
We use Urgent Cargus and the Romanian Postal Services for orders inside Romania, while for orders in the European Union and further, the package is sent via Romanian Postal Services.
The time of delivery in Romania, after dispatching the product, is 4-5 days, in case of a shipment to Hungary, it might take up to 5-10 working days. Orders placed in the European Union will arrive in about 10-14 working days after dispatch, as for orders outside the EU they may take up to 1 month.
The shipping fee varies according to the shipping destination, which will appear at the final step of the shopping process. In the moment of dispatching your order, you will receive the tracking number, and from that moment you will be able to track your order.

Returns and Exchanges
We try to make our photos look as realistic as possible, however please note that the color of the image can also depend on the screen you are viewing it from. If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 14 days to send it back to us and get a refund.
Replacements are made only for undamaged products. We will check the products for eventual damage, and if they find that everything is in order, it will be replaced. If it is damaged, then it will not be replaced. If the product was damaged during the transportation, customer has to make a complaint in the moment of receiving the product for the employee of the postal service company, so we are asking customers to check the product before signing the reception document, because we can not complain after this document was signed by the customer.
In cases of an exchange, the shipment fee will be paid by the customer. If the exchange involves price differences (the product that is to be exchanged is more expensive than the one that has been sent back), the costs will also be paid by the customer.
We try to respond to all incoming comments, suggestions, and if a mistake has been made by us or by the delivery services, we will consider our customer’s interests with maximal flexibility.
